The apartment was perfect for our family. It had a lovely kitchen with a fridge, and the high table with chairs was great for meals. The private bathroom with a shower in each unit made it convenient. The street was so peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The studio was warm and beautifully decorated, with stylish interiors and a fully equipped kitchenette. I also loved that it had a toaster, private entrance, and an electric kettle. The bathroom had everything we needed, with a shower, wash basin, WC, and a bidet. The studio was just right for us, as it could accommodate 1 or 2 guests. Plus, all the units had a flat-screen TV.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom.

The location was great, especially if you enjoy carrying heavy luggage up narrow staircases. So convenient! And the lack of a hairdryer really added to the authentic "cold and frizzy" Berlin experience!

The staff couldn't be bothered to be there when I actually needed them and the apartment was freezing. But who needs customer service and warmth, right?

The apartment had a great design and the kitchen facilities were top-notch. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. Another advantage was how easy it was to get the key, even during the night. This made check-in a breeze, especially after a long day of traveling.

There were a couple of downsides during my stay. some of the facilities, like the TV, weren't functioning properly.

Tranquil location next to Tegel airport and cafés and the city center, everything perfect. Nice building, where we stayed. We could walk to Mokalola in 10 minutes.

Good home base for travelling to Berlin and sightseeing. New-fashioned and enjoyable rooms, with a warm atmosphere. Very very helpful staff and lots of activities.

The bed was super comfy and the location was mind-blowing - so calm and close to transport! In just 20 minutes, we could be in the centre. Plus, the free parking on the street was a jaw-dropping bonus. The nearby coffee shops were a great touch. The self-check-in/check-out process was a breeze, thanks to the keybox.

The bathroom was spacious and really nice, I loved the cozy vibe here. The staff was super helpful and made sure we had all the info we needed. 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at Visage Appart. The rooms were incredibly spacious, allowing us plenty of space to relax. The 24-hour check-in system was a great convenience, as we could arrive at any time without worrying about check-in times. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, although there were occasional communication challenges due to language differences. We loved the pleasant neighborhood, which had an abundance of nice cafés and bars. It was also a bonus to have playgrounds nearby for the kids to enjoy.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The S-Bahn station is just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. the apartment is close to both Tegel and Shenefeld airports, which is ideal for travelers.

There were some cleanliness issues in certain areas of the apartment, such as the bathroom floor and corners, which could have been improved.

Beautiful Architecture: The building stock of the imperial era has been preserved, giving the hotel a unique charm. It's like stepping into a historical time capsule.
